Quality is not an act, it is a habit.

The good thing about habits is that they are not innate and therefore can be developed. The bad part is, they develop without us even realizing it. Now that too, may not be such a bad thing if the habit is positive, leads to your betterment and to the betterment of others.

We are spoiled for choice. While it may be good to explore and experience new things, it is also important to focus and build. To be successful and to bring quality in what we do, our actions  need to be developed through reinforcement which in turn encourages repetition of behavior or response. Repeat to the point that it becomes intuitive.

Students therefore, must invest time in learning a skill, and not give up without giving it the time that it deserves. You can be fickle or you can be tenacious.

So, develop habits of mind, work, discipline and culture.

Quality is not an act, it is a habit- Aristotle
